Chelsea Southworth

My name is Chelsea Southworth. My academic goals are what they've always been: do my best, and if that's not good enough, do more. I'm a vegan, and I feel strongly about all things animal rights. My favorite book series ever is A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin; the TV show (Game of Thrones) is perfection as well. Writing is another one of my passions, and I am proud to say that I've won NaNoWriMo four out of four times. I get geeked out by many things, including but not limited to: Doctor Who, BBC's Sherlock, Supernatural, Harry Potter, and John Green/Vlogbrothers anything. My dream college is Duke, where I plan to major in Evolutionary Anthropology and become a primatologist, hopefully studying the amazing bonobos in their native country. I can't live without peanut butter and pineapple. My musical tastes vary from week to week, but right now my favorites are Lana Del Rey, Florence + the Machine, and the orchestral scores from the Hobbit and the Avengers. The cello is my favorite instrument, even though I play the viola.
