“Hey Aaron you ready for this quiz?” I hear a less than
excited “No,” to the left of me. Then
the next thing I know is I’m grading a perfect or so close to perfect quiz or
test. He is quite smart not only in English
but in math. Staying quiet for an entire
hour then walks into English asking what I got on the test. I answer, with my extremely fluctuant test
scores that sometimes is really bad or really good, and his last answer was
somewhere over the 100’s. He isn’t only
school smart though. He really knows how
to draft a good fantasy team. Being at
the top of his league in football and most likely basketball after drafting KD
Aaron is a pro at drafts. As a soccer
player he is also athletic just like Will Adkins who sits to the right of me
and does cross country. Will doesn’t talk
about cross country to much, mostly because I’m either sleeping or running my
own mouth about swimming, however I have recently seen his name in the paper. Between cracking a joke or doing some other
unspeakable activities he really knows how to have fun. You know when he’s about to make a point when
he talks because he’ll always stick his hand out like he guiding traffic to
show somebody where to go with their thoughts.
He’s more of an independent guy that doesn’t like to rely on others, or
at least me. He gets his work done, like
the academy seminar project we had together where he just said he’d put it
together. He’s very thoughtful of other
people’s time. Will and Aaron are great
people to be around and great neighbors.
