Technology is around me pretty much all the time. Technology is required for a lot of things I like to do such as video games. In this way it has been both a convenience and a burden. For example, I love playing video games, but I can waste a little bit more time than I should on them sometimes. It's also inconvenient that we essentially need technology all the time. Most people practically die without their phone. It's practically their baby. On the other hand, it serves as a very effective means of communication. Technology goes far beyond personal convenience and entertainment thankfully. If it weren't for things such as X-ray machines, breaking my collar bone would've probably been an even more painful experience and may have even affected to me this day. Thankfully, we have these kinds of advancements. It's also been great for things that technology isn't really something you would think it's involved in, such as camping. My family went camping all the time in the past and our GPS has saved is more than a few times. Overall I think technology has had a much more positive impact over not just my life, but the world as a whole.
