iWrite: Cassie Adams

In the Information Age, technology is usually thought to be a good thing. It can be used to communicate, connect, inform, entertain, and much more. But I find that it can also be a major inconvenience at times. As a high school student, technology is becoming an increasingly important part of my education. Technology allows me to check my grades and easily research topics as they come up in class. Many of my teachers require that we find and complete assignments online. I'm all for the use of technology, but it doesn't always work properly which creates a problem. There have been many times when I have been frustrated while trying to upload assignments because the website won't load or I can't log on to my student email or websites like ischool. A lot of the time it would be a lot easier for me to complete the assignment on paper and turn it in directly to my teacher. It is also difficult because I do not always have access to a computer at all. In theory, technology is a good thing. But it sometimes creates unnecessary problems.
