Aaron Dupont #11

I sit next to Zach Byrd in English Class. I got to know Zach when I came to Henry Clay as a freshman. I didn't really get to know him that well until this year from sitting next to him for what has now been a whole semester in English class. Zach is a very athletic and built person. He swims a lot. I mean a lot. He swims twice a day on some days and he is competing at a national level in some of his events. He is very dedicated to swimming and you can tell this when he talks about it to you. Zach also plays trumpet in Jazz band a couple of weeks ago he was telling me about how he did a show with his Jazz group. He is very into his music just like his swimming. Other than that Zach is very laid back but he is still very intelligent. I would characterize Zach as the color blue because that is the color of the water he swims in everyday. In five years I could see Zach as an elite college swimmer pushing to get onto the Olympic team. Zach is probably most like a dolphin.  It's been a pleasure sitting next to Zach this semester.
