In my opinion there should never be a time for war or violence in general. I believe all problems should be solved  by compromise or diplomacy. I believe it is never right to kill anyone even if it is for something that you believe in very strongly. Just because someone does something awful or violent doesn't mean you have to respond with something equally or more violent. i believe there is never a time when a country has a responsibility to go to war unless their country will be destroyed or run over, but before this happens they should try every means of diplomacy or compromise to try and come to a peaceful solution. There are many alternatives to war which I have already stated. The best alternative in my opinion is peace. The world would be a much better place if everyone lived in peace. John Lennon said it best in "Imagine" "Imagine there's no countries It isn't hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion too Imagine all the people Living life in peace.. "
